PMSA GROUP EXECUTIVE
The PMSA Group Office is the executive management and administrative support office for the PMSA Group. The Group Office team – lead by a Chief Executive Officer and Group Executive team – provides overarching financial, governance, strategic, operational and business services to the PMSA Group. The team also provides executive support to the PMSA Board, the School Councils and the four schools.
With outstanding credentials in organisational change and culture development, building relationships and trust, as well as finance and operational management, Sharon Callister is the Group’s Chief Executive Officer.
Sharon is responsible for leading the organisation and supporting the PMSA Board and corporate office team through the next phase of continuous improvement and change.
Joanne Segond von Banchet has more than 20 years experience in leading financial strategy, governance and advisory services in the non-government education sector. As the PMSA’s Company Secretary, Joanne provides advice to the PMSA Board on governance matters.
She also focusses on the business and investment strategies of the Group and supports the Board in the Group’s financial stewardship, working collaboratively alongside the schools’ Business Managers to develop Group-wide initiatives.
Caroline Thurlow manages the Group’s corporate affairs and internal and external communication and works closely with the marketing and communication teams in the four PMSA schools.
Caroline is responsible for the PMSA brand, media relations, social media, issues management, and stakeholder communication.
Susan Lindsay is the Group’s key advisor in human resources management stewardship.
In particular, Susan is responsible for developing, managing and implementing strategic human resources programs to improve cultural engagement, enhance organisational development and manage change.
Erin Black is responsible for the developing Group’s quality improvement culture. With qualifications in teaching, behavioural studies, governance, project management and risk, she has extensive experience in governance, risk management and compliance.
Erin is responsible for the Group’s compliance obligations, addressing child safety and improving the Group’s policies and systems. She is also responsible for the Group’s risk registers and frameworks.
Richard Paterson is responsible for developing Group-wide opportunities and implementing the Group’s new Strategic Plan 2019 – 2023.
Richard has a long career in management consulting and strategic development. Prior to joining the PMSA Group Office team, Richard spent five years at Brisbane Boys’ College.
