Bethwyn is an accomplished business leader bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in Australia, USA, China and Asia. Most recently she served as President of the Asia Pacific region for FMC Corporation, a global agricultural sciences company, where she led the growth and transformation of the business.

Prior to FMC, Bethwyn was Managing Director of Monsanto Australia, successfully growing the business through the introduction of game changing biotechnology to Australian agriculture. Her eight years at Monsanto in a variety of roles spanning commercial, regulatory, development and corporate affairs followed a six year stint in Canberra, working at the Federal Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.

Bethwyn has an inclusive leadership style with a passion for inspiring, mentoring and developing talent and creating diverse, high performing organisations.
Bethwyn is a member of The University of Queensland ChangeMakers Board and Deputy Chair of the Somerville House Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Queensland, an MBA from Deakin University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
