The PMSA is pleased to advise that we have appointed Perrett Laver to conduct the recruitment for the Somerville House Interim Principal and Permanent Principal positions.
The recruitment for the positions follows Dr Sandra Hastie’s resignation in order to relocate to New Zealand with effect from early April 2026.
The recruitment campaigns have commenced with the initial focus being on the recruitment for the Interim Principal position. This will ensure continuity and support for Somerville House’s leadership, staff and community, and allow for a seamless transition from Dr Hastie to the Interim Principal.
The campaign for the permanent position will be publicly released in the coming weeks. Perrett Laver will engage with key representatives of the Somerville House community as part of their initial processes, to inform the search and reflect the values and expectations of the School.
