The PMSA Group Office has welcomed Erin Black to the key role of Group Executive – Quality and Risk.
With qualifications in teaching and behavioural studies early in her career, Erin also has project management, ISO quality auditing and Lean Six Sigma business management qualifications and is an affiliate member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Erin has more than eight years’ experience in policy, compliance, risk management and governance roles within child safety and community services industries.
Her expertise will be an asset to the role the Group Office plays with the PMSA schools.
CEO Sharon Callister says Erin brings a broad range of skills and experience which will enable the Group Office to provide internal advice to the PMSA Board and our four schools, specifically in areas of compliance, child safety, policy, and risk management.
“In previous years, the Group Office has outsourced this expertise. Erin’s appointment will bring this expertise inhouse which will improve service and efficiency,” Sharon said.
Erin is already working on the Group’s compliance obligations, policies, quality management systems and risk management frameworks.
