PMSA Chairman Greg Adsett was pleased to personally congratulate members of the Sunshine Coast Grammar School community as they celebrated their 23rd birthday yesterday.
Celebrating with the wonderful Grammar community, Greg was able to especially acknowledge the many Life Long Learners – Year 12 students who have been at Grammar since Prep.
The Assembly also celebrated and acknowledged many Grammar staff members who have worked at Grammar for 10, 15 and 20 years.
This year marks the 23rd year since the sod was first turned on the site at Sunshine Coast Grammar School.
The Foundation Day celebrations finished in great tradition with the running of the Grammar Gift. The competition was fierce but the Bradman Bulldogs were just too good to beat!
After the school day finished, Greg Adsett joined PMSA CEO Sharon Callister to meet with staff to discuss the PMSA Strategic Plan.
With some time in between meetings, Greg managed to try out the Sunshine Coast Grammar Aquatic Centre’s amazing pool for the first time.
On a glorious winter’s day on the coast with the pool a constant 27 degrees all year round, Greg trotted out a mere 30 laps or 1.5 km and thoroughly enjoyed the ‘silkiness’ of the water in the pool.
