PMSA welcomes Mark Gray to Council

Accomplished senior executive and company director Mark Gray has been appointed by the PMSA as a PMSA Councillor effective 11 June 2018.

A community member of the Brisbane Boys’ College School Council since 2015 and a member of the PMSA’s Audit and Finance Committee since 2016, Mark has a strong existing knowledge of the PMSA and is keen to promote the mission and the vision of the PMSA through a period of change and renewal.

Mark will bring his extensive experience in strategic leadership, financial services, investment banking, corporate governance and organisational change across corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations to the PMSA Council.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Mark has experience in executive and non-executive roles in both the private and public sectors. He is currently Chairman of the Board for Sugar Terminals Limited, Tailored Superannuation Solutions, the Finance, Resources and Risk Committee at Griffith University, and the Queensland Section and Director, Federation Board of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. Mark also sits as a director on a number of other private and government boards.

A BBC Old Collegian, Mark has a strong personal connection with PMSA schools and appreciates the benefits of a quality education in a Christian environment.
