Grammar community clears beaches of 197kgs of rubbish

A great display of community spirit took place by representatives from the Sunshine Coast Grammar School community, who rolled up their sleeves to assist the ‘Surfrider Foundation Sunshine Coast’ charity, by cleaning up rubbish from three local coastline beaches.   Even with the weather still so warm for Autumn, this did not deter students, staff, family and friends from cleaning up one-hundred and ninety-seven kilos of rubbish that was collected from across Moffat, Shelly and Dicky Beaches in three hours.
